OUR STAFF:
MMA’s staff of investigators/counselors/FAD-writers are located in strategic geographical locations throughout the country to minimize travel expense to the agency. Our staff, some of whom have worked exclusively with us for over 10 years, are reliable, professional, and excel at their work. We have historically employed only those whose qualifications and background are in either equal employment opportunity, investigations, law or the federal personnel system, or any combination thereof. Several of our staff members are experienced employment attorneys. Objectivity is a critical element in the performance of our duties, and we have retained only those staff members who have demonstrated this quality in their work products. Although we intermittently recruit, we only use those who possess background and experience that would predict successful performance. All of our investigators and counselors have taken the required yearly refresher courses mandated by EEOC.

OUR OFFICE:
MMA maintains its corporate offices in Cypress, CA, where telephone, mail, receptionist and clerical services are provided during normal working hours. The firm possesses state-of-the-art computer equipment, including high-speed internet access. The firm’s word processing software includes WordPerfect and Microsoft Word, and we utilize EXCEL for our data system. The office has a business-quality Xerox copier that produces high quality copies, and the capability to produce CD-ROM reports of investigation in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format. The office contains file and storage cabinets, with locks, in order to secure sensitive information and documents. The office has a toll-free telephone line, toll-free fax number, E-mail and voice mail.
