Martin-Miser Associates has consulted on over 22,000 discrimination complaints exclusively for Federal Agencies, including the United States Social Security Administration, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S General Services Administration, to name a few.

Martin-Miser Associates has extensive experience in the assignment of discrimination complaint investigations of complex disparate treatment and adverse impact issues. This experience includes investigations of complaints based on race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual harassment), religion, age, disability, handicap status (both physical and mental), and reprisal. The issues in the complaints our investigators have investigated encompass the entire spectrum of personnel actions, practices, and policies.

Martin-Miser Associates' quality control process involves an extensive review of provided reports and consistent tracking to ensure timeliness. Continuing education certificates for all of the investigators we use are collected and retained yearly to ensure our entire roster is deeply versed in current EEO law and areas of special concern to our Agency clients and independent contractors.

Our practice is to take the POC and COTR as partners in promptly ensuring the investigation, counseling, or mediation moves forward.
