Contract EEO Investigators – Counselors – FAD Writers

Martin-Miser Associates is a leader in Government Contracting for over 30 years, managing a diverse group of sub-contractors who perform Equal Employment Opportunity Investigation Services for our various Federal Agency clients.

Due to growth, we have several available contract opportunities for EEO Investigators (Independent Contractors), who can be located anywhere within the United States.

If you are an experienced EEO Investigator and have performed EEO Investigations within the Federal sector (required), have received your 32-hour New EEO Investigator training certificate (required) and have a current 8- hour refresher training certificate (required), we would like to work with you.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience conducting Federal EEO Investigations for any Federal Agency in accordance with MD-110.

Has completed at least 10 investigations for Federal Agencies.

Familiar with drafting Investigation Plans and preparing Document Requests.

Has demonstrable knowledge of preparing Reports of Investigation including, the use of interrogatory, conducting telephonic interviews and/or, coordinating testimony with a court reporter.

Can provide redacted writing samples of previously completed Reports of Investigation (ROI’s).

Currently holds T1 or T2 government security clearances and/or is willing to provide documents necessary to obtain clearance including, criminal, background and fingerprinting - depending on Agency requirements.

Martin-Miser Associates does not guarantee a specific number of assignments. Case assignments are offered based on availability and experience.

Contract EEO Services candidates will perform completely independently, will have a strong work ethic, demonstrate a high attention to detail, be a self-starter and is an excellent communicator. Must be familiar with and have thorough knowledge of all Federal EEO regulation including MD110, are proficient in analyzing various Agency Performance Work Statements (PWS) and be highly deadline driven.

  • Must have completed at least 10 EEO Investigations in the Federal sector
